(whose details appear at the end of the General Conditions, hereto to be referred to as “Luabay”) offers the use of this website to all users, on unconditional acceptance by the user (hereto to be referred to as the “User”) of the General Conditions set out below. It is to be understood that the User has understood and is in agreement with all of the General Conditions for the use of the Luabay website. If the User does not agree with any of these General conditions then he or she waives the right to make use of the Luabay website.
